Physical Therapists

Dr. Cheyenne Allen is another phenomenal physical therapist who specializes in infant and toddler physical therapy, specifically helping kiddos reach their milestones.

Dr. Emily Pace is a phenomenal physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor health. She has free and low cost resources for women before, during, and after pregnancy such as:

Dr. Ally Capps is a pelvic floor physical therapist that specializes in helping women navigate pregnancy and postpartum healing! She offers in-office and mobile visits in Knoxville, TN, as well as virtual sessions for all of Tennessee.


She provides free education and resources that can be found on her website, and has an upcoming Postpartum Healing Program that will be a self-paced pelvic floor and core rehab-style course available this fall! To learn more or schedule a discovery session, check out her website!

Dr. Mariah Lohr PT, DPT, PRPC is a specialist of pelvic health therapy passionate in helping others attain their highest level of health and wellness by optimizing movement.


She particularly enjoys treating pregnant and post-partum women, while advocating for the importance of appropriate preventative care required during this period of significant life changes. She provides both mobile (she comes to you!) and telehealth options!

Melanie Kondrat is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant helping women prepare for breastfeeding and trouble shoot breastfeeding issues. 

She is located in Knoxville, TN but also sees clients virtually across the United States. 
Located in Knoxville, TN, this team of lactation consultants helps moms of all incomes and all insurance types. 

They see individuals as well as host various group glasses for women of all feeding types. 

The Tennessee Breastfeeding Hotline, staffed by International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC), is available to nursing mothers and  partners, their families, expectant mothers, and health care providers seeking breastfeeding support and information. The Tennessee Breastfeeding Hotline operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Individuals are welcome to call the Tennessee Breastfeeding Hotline anytime they need support, regardless of language barriers.  Interpretative services available directly include: Spanish, French, Arabic, and Mandarin.



Lauren Miller, OT, CLT is an occupational therapist and certified lymphedema therapist. 

The lymphatic system helps eliminate cell waste that can be causing swelling, especially during pregnancy. Lymphatic massage can help the body eliminate this waste and reduce swelling.  
She provides virtual services for women who live outside of Knoxville, TN. 
Lost is not forgotten.

Kayla Cooper is a registered diagnostic medical ultrasound sonographer with certifications in five different fields including OBGYN. 

She provides mobile and in office non-diagnostic (aka for entertainment only) 3D/4D ultrasound services in Knoxville, TN that allow you to see your little one in stunning detail. This opportunity is perfect or baby showers, gender reveals, and intimate first meetings with baby from the comfort of your own home.

Caroline, is the Founder & Lead Certified Sleep Consultant for Sleep4Littles. For Caroline, being a sleep consultant means changing the lives of families each day by giving them the tools and confidence they need to get their children quality sleep.  Caroline has always been a sleep enthusiast and as a mother of two young children, she knows how important a good night sleep is for everybody
